A fantastic experience from start to finish. I had several pool builders come and quote. Some didn’t respond back with a quote, others got the plans wrong or promised the world that ended up not being possible. I had a split level block with 900mm access with several underground sewer pipes. Richard was the only one who was straight talking, knew what he was doing and laid out clear plans that would work for the space. His contractors were all respectful and tidy, they all worked fast and in the time Richard had allowed. I decided to change our fencing half way though and Richard was very helpful and happy to adjust during the build. The dig started mid January 2022 and we where swimming by mid March 2022. Richard and Paula are genuinely interested in making you the best pool for the money you want to spend. We had no hidden costs along the way. Would highly recommend.

Rohan and the team at Complete Fibreglass Pool Kits were amazing from start to finish. We wanted a pool and got quotes from traditional pool builders but the costs were way too high so we looked around. After speaking with Rohan several times as he was very accommodating we decided to do the owner builder option and do it ourselves. The information and support along the way was great and no question was too big or small for them. In the end we saved at least $10K on the install and got a bigger pool than quoted by the builders. There is some work involved but its well worth it in the end. Great range of high quality pools and equipment on offer and excellent help along the way. We are so happy with our end result.
