Where is Poolz based?
Poolz is an Australian company, based on the Sunshine Coast. That being said, much of our team works remotely and is spread around the country.
Can I come to the Poolz office?
Yes, you're welcome to pay us a visit, however we to ask that you make an appointment first. Our team is busy assisting customers and pool builders, so if you want to meet with a member of our team, please get in touch to arrange a suitable time.
What are your opening hours?
Poolz is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. That being said, we do often have support staff working outside these hours. If you'd like to talk to someone or visit us, it will need to be during our normal business hours.
