We rang to make a first time contact appointment, Graham was there that very day, at the exact time he said. We sat down around our flood damaged fibreglass pool and discussed the options of a concrete pool. Graham understood our problems and was very helpful in explaining how to solve our dilemma. Within 15 minutes he measured it up, and gave us a quote to remove the old pool and install a new one. He said think about it, and give me a call. We decided then and there to go ahead.
