A massive thank you to Neil and his team for coming in and fixing our pool. It has been a dissapointing mess to look at since our installer emptied our cracked pool in winter causing massive damage to the floor. We were left with an empty, cracked pool. Most pool places told me they couldn't help, so Perth Pool Co must have been my 10th phone call. They immediately said they could fix it and told me everything they needed to do, and sent me a detailed quote. Neil was knowledgeable, and took a lot of time and pride in his work. We had our concrete pool tiled and coping redone. Eric from ACP managed the whole process from start to finish. His management of the job was superb. Eric was on-site everyday and oversaw the workers doing the job to ensure the highest of quality. He is quick to respond to any concerns and has great attention to detail. The quote for the job was very competitive and the end result exceeded our expectations. I can't recommend them highly enough. I will not call upon anyone else for any future work on our pool besides Adelaide Classic Pools. They are simply the best.

When we decided to build an in ground Swimming pool the measure and quote was amazing! When we didn’t think access was possible they said it was no problem! We signed in March and there was a 6 month wait. Which was okay! Once the build started it was quick, efficient and followed the 6 week plan. Every stage was executed well with respectful workman. Once the pool was finished there was a very basic explanation to the workings of the pool. What would have been good is recommendation on how to clean a cartridge filter, what different PSI meant, any tips such as using filtration socks to prevent the filter clogging. I would have liked also, the site to have been given a priority clean up. We had to wait over 2-3 weeks to get rubbish removed. Overall the service was fabulous. Not one day does not go past when we stand and admire our pool, swim in it or at least marvel how it was all possible! Thank you for an amazing experience!
