I spoke with multiple other pool companies before going with Blue Pools and can confirm that the professionalism, communication and overall cost of a pool with Blue Pools is far better then anything else out there! I am so thankful to Jean for his advise and recommendations on so many aspects of our pool, he really is the pool expert! His ideas for the shape of our pool (he took into consideration the slight angle of our block of land), the colour of the tiles, the filter system (he recommended a freshwater pool system due to our families allergies) were so considered and they have resulted in us having the most incredible pool and we could not be happier. I feel like Jean was invested in us having the best possible pool for our space and needs. Other pool companies we spoke with didn't have this level of care. Jean's communication was also so much better than any other company I spoke with and he was super patient with me and all the million questions I had along the way! Gary, Dave and the team at Darwin fibreglass pools and spas provided us exceptional service from our order, through to delivery and after purchase support. We purchased the lagoon pool and within three months it was installed and ready to be used. Gary initially paid us a visit to talk about our requirements and was very helpful. During install the team worked hard to ensure nothing was missed and we were swimming in no time. The after sales support was fantastic with great communication. The reason we chose a fibreglass pool was for the long life and ease of cleaning. They do not become as dirty as concrete pools which require scrubbing. By far we are so very happy with the service and we look forward to working with the team once again for a spa replacement in the coming years and even the possibility of more swimming pools on our property.
