We had a great experience from sale to installation. Miranda in sales hooked us up with referrals for extra trades and everyone worked seamlessly together. Very responsive - I had loads of questions throughout. When we hit water during dig, Laurence the site supervisor was on hand and we quickly laid out all solutions and ended up slightly raising the level of our pool area with no delay to schedule. It also turned out to look so much better all round. Installation team, led by Carlo was great and handover tech Ray was fantastic - he should star in a handover video. We count ourselves lucky. Good price, great service, terrific pool. Very happy, just waiting for fence to go in.

I could not be happier with our pool and spa. It has been installed for just over a year now and everything works perfectly, including the amazing in-floor cleaning and Connect 10 system which I wouldn't trade for the world. This is my fourth pool build and by far the least stressful. All major building projects come with their challenges, it is how you deal with them that makes the difference. Our pool is quite complex, having infinity edge, glass spa and full electronic automation. Unlike most tradesmen Craig was always available whenever I called with queries and changes were never a problem. The end result is outstanding. I couldn't recommend Craig highly enough.

We had our concrete pool tiled and coping redone. Eric from ACP managed the whole process from start to finish. His management of the job was superb. Eric was on-site everyday and oversaw the workers doing the job to ensure the highest of quality. He is quick to respond to any concerns and has great attention to detail. The quote for the job was very competitive and the end result exceeded our expectations. I can't recommend them highly enough. I will not call upon anyone else for any future work on our pool besides Adelaide Classic Pools. They are simply the best.

Nigel came out and helped us with the design concept, his background in landscape design was invaluable. the rest of the team were really professional, so nice to deal with and extremely hard working. We also engaged the landscaping arm of Nigel's team (Graeme and Dion) to build out retaining walls, paving, fencing and batten screen.
